The Services are intended to assist and augment creator decision-making, not replace human judgment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Creator Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your content, communications, and business decisions

  • Compliance with platform rules (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)

  • Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements

We do not guarantee earnings, brand deals, audience growth, or platform outcomes.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Services may generate recommendations, suggestions, insights, or automated messages using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated

  • AI-generated content is not legal, financial, or professional advice

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before use

Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

6. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

All software, algorithms, models, designs, trademarks, and platform features are owned by or licensed to the Company.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the Services.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your content.

By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Account suspensions or bans

  • Data availability or accuracy from third parties

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100 if no payment was made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
